Seeking to address a nearly $20 billion infrastructure shortfall, Governor Deval Patrick, Senate President Therese Murray and House Speaker Salvatore DiMasi expressed an interest in reforming the state's costly police detail system at a press conference yesterday. Same is going on in NH, should send this study to every town administrator and city council in the NH and MA. Besides shouldn;t these cops be embarassed their not doing police work?
